The market receipt
Rothstein Model
There are three ways of doing things around here: the right way, the wrong way, and the way I do it.
Steelers 23–20Authored scoring illustration
The house has the coffee on.
The working −3 / 43.5 board implies 23.25–20.25. Rothstein takes a competitive Pittsburgh win, keeps both quarterbacks and asks Bernard’s catches to do the affordable work. The two Friday builds stay intact as the comparison baseline.
Core Build
Broader access to this story
Bernard’s route volume buys both quarterbacks, Warren and two real secondary roles. This is the frozen Friday benchmark; we have not rewritten its six names to fit this morning’s score.
| Slot | Player | Salary |
|---|---|---|
| CPT | Germie Bernard | $10,200 |
| FLEX | Aaron Rodgers | $9,000 |
| FLEX | Jaylen Warren | $10,400 |
| FLEX | Tyler Shough | $9,800 |
| FLEX | Pat Freiermuth | $5,600 |
| FLEX | Kendre Miller | $5,000 |
The scoring path: Bernard catches a Pittsburgh score, Freiermuth gets the other. Miller supplies carries, not a promised touchdown.
Touchdown Bet
Specific players get the touchdowns
Rodgers moves to Captain; Washington replaces Freiermuth. It keeps both quarterbacks and Warren while concentrating the bet on Pittsburgh’s passing touchdowns.
| Slot | Player | Salary |
|---|---|---|
| CPT | Aaron Rodgers | $13,500 |
| FLEX | Jaylen Warren | $10,400 |
| FLEX | Tyler Shough | $9,800 |
| FLEX | Germie Bernard | $6,800 |
| FLEX | Kendre Miller | $5,000 |
| FLEX | Darnell Washington | $4,200 |
The scoring path: Bernard and Washington catch the two Pittsburgh scores. Warren can still pay through scrimmage yards and catches.
What breaks it: Bernard’s targets thin out, Dowdle takes more work, or the scores land on Metcalf. A modest projection edge does not protect a concentrated role bet.
