From the Editor’s Garage

The yard can
file a complaint.

All week for this.

The rake is leaning against the wall. Somebody moved a barstool in front of the television, which technically counts as organizing the garage. The Bears have supplied enough character development for one lifetime.

Rothstein trusts the board. Han trusts the editor’s read. Wrench gives Vegas a chance to get off the canvas. Same salary cap. Six casts. The yard will survive another afternoon.

Rothstein

Late checks pending

Follow the money to Detroit.

“There are three ways of doing things around here: the right way, the wrong way, and the way I do it.”

Rothstein has found the expensive television package. Detroit–Green Bay now carries a 55.5 total on the retrieved FanDuel board, up from our saved 52.5 snapshot. Love finds Golden, Gibbs answers, and McCaffrey keeps San Francisco on another screen.

The single-entry cast adds Kittle. The tournament buys Watson as Love's second receiver through Godwin, Otton and Titans DST. Baker now starts; Tampa's selected support is available. Golden and Watson have no Friday designation, with their later active checks still due.

What breaks it

Green Bay spreads its touchdowns elsewhere, San Francisco stalls, or the cheaper receivers lose opportunities. The tournament package gives up San Francisco receiving exposure to concentrate Green Bay passing scores.

The editor’s pick

Han Solo

Late checks pending

Never tell the editor the odds.

“Never tell me the odds.”

Han wants Cincinnati–Baltimore and Miami–New York to beat the scoring conversation, several other games to stay quiet, and Green Bay–Detroit to keep the remote occupied. Goff, Gibbs and LaPorta lead the single-entry cast; Golden answers. Geno and Cooper take the tournament camera, with Watson, LaPorta and Kraft keeping Detroit in the picture.

Flowers stays in both casts with Huntley, deliberately. Han's receiving thesis survives; his old number does not become a Sunday forecast. Hall is inactive and Mitchell returns. Bijan carries Atlanta's angle; Allgeier shares Arizona's work with Knight.

What breaks it

Huntley’s offense cannot keep the over alive, returning Jets weapons divide the targets, or Knight claims Arizona’s finishing work. The SF-under/Atlanta-over direction remains a working team-total interpretation.

Wrench’s pick · Rocky Balboa

Rocky Balboa

Puka conditional

Vegas answers the bell.

“The Rams can throw the first punch. Vegas still gets a round.”

Stafford to Puka and Higbee, with Jeanty punching back: that is Rocky’s single-entry cast. The tournament turns the camera around. Cousins finds Bowers and Tucker, while Kyren collects the Rams’ finishing work. Tampa’s Bucky and Godwin are the only two shared players.

The existing Higgins-for-Flowers tournament revision stays at $49,700, with $300 unused. Puka remains questionable. The Rams are reportedly optimistic, but his later list is still due. Baker starts and Bucky/Godwin are available. Bowers cleared Friday; his game-day confirmation comes later.

What breaks it

Puka is absent or limited, the Raiders cannot sustain drives, or the Tampa support underdelivers. Neither a different character nor a different quarterback removes shared tight-end and DST risk.

Everybody’s Got a Guy

Different chairs. Shared floorboards.

Thirty-five names.
Six casts.

Nobody appears more than three times. Flowers is now in two, both Han. Higgins gets one. Gibbs, Golden, Cooper, Higbee, Tennessee DST and Godwin each appear in three.

The tight ends
have moved in.

All six casts use a tight end at FLEX. Different quarterbacks still depend on receiving roles at the same position. A WR-FLEX alternative deserves another look with fresh estimates.

One game.
Four defenses.

Three Tennessee units and one Cleveland unit tie four casts to the same low-total game. That shared environment survives the player diversification.

Across the other six-candidate issues, Kittle remains five of six early; Kyren five of six afternoon. Golden, LaPorta and Puka are four of six afternoon. These are model appearances, not personal entries. Four appearances prompt review rather than an automatic cap.

Before You Donate to DraftKings

Check the cast before the kickoff.

The early review is complete. Late active lists are due around 1:35 p.m. Central for DEN–ARI and 1:55 p.m. for GB–DET and LAR–LV. Puka's 3:25 p.m. kickoff stays a separate gate.

Pitts stays at TE/LaPorta at FLEX for Han SE; Fannin stays at TE/Bowers at FLEX for Rocky tournament. If Puka is out or materially restricted, a legal late-only contingency is Puka → Amon-Ra St. Brown ($7,800): $49,400 total, $600 unused. Confirm St. Brown and the remaining late players active, plus contest late-swap rules, before applying it. Stafford/Higbee retains the Rams receiving partner.

Pregame availability and later-game gates

The early lists are in. All selected early players clear their official game-day lists. Huntley starts for Baltimore; Mayfield returns for Tampa Bay. Kirk and Dell are available. Hall is inactive and Mitchell returns, so Cooper's recent targets remain evidence rather than a monopoly.

Houston control: Montgomery is inactive; Marks has a clearer opportunity without a guaranteed touch share. New York gets Eluemunor back while Mbow sits. Pitre and Blankenship are out. Those protection and secondary facts remain counterarguments to an easy Texans DST story.

CLE–TEN: Ridley and Spears are inactive. That strengthens Pollard's workload case and the Browns' opponent matchup, while Cleveland's healthier protection limits a blanket Titans upgrade. Both defenses still depend on sacks, turnovers and scoring allowed.

Later games are not active-cleared. Puka remains questionable. Love/Golden/Watson have no Friday game designation; Bowers cleared Friday. Allgeier/Knight remains a split, not an exclusive replacement. Arizona's starting RG Gaines is out. Official late lists remain due.

Puka's St. Brown contingency leaves every early slot unchanged and stays below the cap. It has not been activated, counted in current appearances or given a new point sum. This branch shifts some receiving support to Detroit while retaining Stafford/Higbee and Jeanty's game reply.

FanDuel displayed table, retrieved October 25, 2026, 11:08 a.m. Central. Vendor refresh time is not shown; prices can move. Both current issues use this same board. The prior 55.5 Detroit total is unchanged; the current SF–ATL total is 49.5.

Han keeps CIN–BAL and MIA–NYJ over; NYG–HOU, TB–CAR, IND–MIN and CLE–TEN under. SF under / Atlanta over remains the working team-total interpretation. No exact score or threshold was supplied.

Han also remains deliberately Green Bay–Detroit heavy.

Each complete TE/FLEX/DST package was reviewed. Hockenson, Andrews, Pitts and Fannin retain receiving or touchdown paths; active status alone does not secure routes. Fannin's retrieved 3.5-reception / 28.5-yard / +200 touchdown board is modest support, not permission to reuse an 11.04-point forecast. No verified current comparison establishes a better replacement package.

Kittle remains in five of six early casts; all six main casts still use TE at FLEX. Three Titans and one Browns unit tie four main casts to CLE–TEN. Those shared failure paths remain explicit. A different model name does not diversify them away.

Independent checks cover original slate IDs, names, teams, opponents, position eligibility, nine unique players, the $50,000 cap, a QB receiving partner and no offense against its own DST. Max four per team is an editorial choice. General Classic rules were checked; current contest-specific lock, eligibility and late-swap terms remain unverified.

October 21 early and October 22 afternoon uploads are historical benchmarks. The public numeric refresh did not expose a usable current table; fresh projections and ownership remain missing. No numerical optimum, ceiling boost, duplication forecast or win probability is claimed. Early, main and afternoon IDs and RST definitions remain separate.

No current candidate changed during this prelock pass. Rocky tournament already used Higgins before this pass; its $49,700 total and $300 unused are preserved. All historical sums retain October 21/22 dates.

Atlanta's roof-open announcement adds a real wind check to the SF–ATL story, but outside wind is not measured field wind. No automatic fantasy-point penalty is applied. Charlotte remains the other gust watch. Houston's roof has not been independently confirmed; the weather page's Open/Closed controls are not an announcement.

Ford Field and Allegiant are enclosed. Arizona's roof remains unconfirmed; the outside forecast is light wind with no rain. No fresh field-surface inspection or weather-based point deduction is asserted. The latest Red Zone private preview was read: its Puka, Jacobs, Waddle and roof conditions are historical until later confirmation; its afternoon IDs and RST are not imported here.
